
What should I do if the seller provides an invalid tracking number?
We are responsible for providing you with a tracking number for your order after it has been shipped. The tracking information will appear on the shipping carrier's website after 5710 business days, depending on the shipping carrier that was used.
If you have not received the tracking information from us, then please contact us and ask our Customer service to contact the shipping company in order to obtain the tracking information. We will try our best wishes to help you.

How do I post a review?
Sign in to your account by clicking the “My Account” button. Click “Reviews” under the “Message” folder on the left-hand side of the page.It will be open a new page, and you can choose one products that you want to reviews and click "Read the Reviews" on the right-hand side of the page.
On the review page, you can choose to leave positive, neutral, or negative feedback. You can grade the item's details, the communication with us, the delivery time, and the shipping charges. Then you can write your review for the order in the text box at the bottom of the screen.
You can post your review anonymously or share the review on Facebook. Please check the corresponding box. Once you are finished, click the “Submit” button.
How soon will I receive my items after my order placed?
There are two key factors that will decide when you will receive your items.
1. Item Processing Time: The processing time is the time it takes for us to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. Usually it is around 3 to 15 working days---specified by seller according to the item's stock status.
2.Shipping Method: Delivery time varies with shipping method. Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from. When you make an order you can also check the shipping time from us and we will offer to the shipping number.
Also, delivery may be delayed for holidays or natural accidents. If you want to communicate with the seller about shipping and service details, you can contact seller by clicking "Our Service Pledge" or "Message" in our Information area.
How do I cancel an order before it is shipped?
If you want to cancel an order you have paid before us ships it, you can Request a Refund immediately after payment is confirmed.
You can find orders that are awaiting shipment on your account page. Click "Request Refund" under Action on your order listing page the second day after payment is confirmed. Please note that you have only one chance to click "Request Refund". or send email to us and tell us that you want to cancel an order. We will give back your money.
Track my package
Our customer will send email to you provided the tracking number when your order shipped, you can sign into your account to directly track the delivery details through the “Order Detail” page. The item- tracking system works for the following shipping methods.
What should I do if the item is not received or not as described?
If you have not received your order after our has shipped it for awhile, or the item you received does not match the pictures shown on the original seller's site, we suggest first communicating directly with us to reach an agreement.
If supplier sent the products by DHL/UPS/TNT/FedEx, you can submit an "Open Dispute" from the 5th day to 90th day after seller sent the goods out.
If supplier sent the products by EMS/SF, you can submit an "Open Dispute" from the 7th day to 90th day after seller sent the goods out.
If supplier sent the products by China Post/HK Post, you can submit an "Open Dispute" from the 10th day to 90th day after seller sent the goods out.
Please note that after 90 days, you will be unable to open a dispute.
