We at Airsoftonlineshop realize that not every purchase made from our website and retail store is a perfect fit for every customer. It is the goal of Airsoftonlineshop to offer exceptional service and support to our customers. If you are not happy with a product purchased through our stores you will have 45 days from the date of receipt to return the item.Please DO NOT send any returns back without prior authorization from the RMA Department and the proper documentation. All items “must” be returned through our RMA process. Proper documentation and instructions will be forwarded to you once your return request has been authorized. The process and rules are listed below. Please be mindful that all returned items must be in brand new, factory sealed packaging. Returned items must be restockable and, therefore, must be brand new, unused, and in functioning condition. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our RMA staff to ensure the items are in returnable condition. Once the items have been inspected and approved for refund, the following options are available:
Items that have been inspected and are determined to be in unsellable condition and cannot be restocked will be subject to a minimum restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned item. The reason behind the restocking fee is simple; as a customer you would not be satisfied if an item you received appears to be used or does not come with factory packaging. You will find the appropriate restocking fees listed below:
* Please note that the above restocking fees will be automatically calculated by our staff and are non-negotiable. Please do not return used merchandise. The return policy will only apply to “BRAND NEW” and un-used items. If you experience any problems (DOA, failure, damage) with an item you received, it will be covered under our warranty policy. All merchandise, unless otherwise stated, that are sold on www.airsoftonlineshop.com is covered under our 45-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty policy for more details. Airsoftonlineshop does regret to inform you that all shipping costs for returning merchandise from the customer back to Airsoftonlineshop will be the sole responsibility of the customer. To avoid any confusion about the condition of the merchandise you plan on sending back, please refer to the information below: Airsoft Guns: Items must be in brand new and unused condition. This means that you have not fired a bb through the gun. Once the battery has been charged and a bb is fired through the airsoft gun, the merchandise will be considered used and is not eligible for return. If there is a problem with the airsoft gun either externally or internally, please initiate a warranty claim with our RMA department. Accessories: Items must be in brand new and unused condition. This means that the merchandise is still in its original packaging; items have not been used or installed on a gun. If there is a problem with the merchandise, please initiate a warranty claim with our RMA department. Magazines: Items must be in brand new and unused condition. This means that the merchandise is still in its original packaging; items have not been used or installed on a gun. If there is a problem with the merchandise, please initiate a warranty claim with our RMA department. Tactical Gear: Items must be in brand new and unused condition. This means that the merchandise is still in its original packaging with all merchandise tags connected. Additionally, item does not have any signs of wear or use. If there is a problem with the merchandise, please initiate a warranty claim with our RMA department. Apparel: Items must be in brand new and unused condition. This means that the merchandise is still in its original packaging with all merchandise tags connected. Additionally, item does not have any signs of wear or use. This means that the merchandise is still in its original packaging with no marks or signs of wear on the battery packs.
